The Corvette Diner offers a tasty way to slip back to a simpler place and time when rock n' roll and golden oldies filled the air. The food is hot, the portions are hearty and the wild waitresses in poodle skirts and bouffant hairdos with attitudes to match are extremely entertaining.
At the Corvette Diner there is a DJ nightly and great entertainment, including a magician on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the Balloon Guy on Fridays and Saturdays. Great memorabilia and 50's collectibles. Private parties and Limo Party Packages available!

| San Diego, CA (March 31, 2009) – Corvette Diner, the Cohn Restaurant Group’s first restaurant concept, today announced that after 22 years in the Hillcrest community, they will be moving locations to San Diego’s Historic Liberty Station. Corvette Diner’s final day of service at the Hillcrest location will be April 26, with the new Corvette Diner & Gamers’ Garage opening in early summer 2009. Monday, June 22, 2009 - Now Open. |
